COVID-19: IMPORTANT SALEROOM INFORMATION

Dear Valued Client,

Taking note of the latest Government advice and announcements regarding Covid-19, we have made the decision to close our offices and saleroom with immediate effect. This has been a difficult decision but our priority must be to our staff and clients and of course supporting the national effort to limit the spread of Covid-19.  

All auctions up to 10th May are currently postponed, but please check this page regularly for updates as the situation is liable to change. 

 

  • You can still contact us through our website Contact Us Form or email auctions@peterwilson.co.uk. Please use these as the primary communication method with us rather than phone as our offices are closed and we do not currently have call-forwarding active.

  • If you have an invoice outstanding, we ask you to pay online via our Secure Payment Page wherever possible, or by Bank Transfer. To minimise the risk to our staff we are not accepting cheque or cash payments at the current time. 

  • Any items paid for but not yet collected will be held securely at our offices until such time that collection can be arranged. The same applies to unsold vendor lots.

  • Pay outs for recent auctions will go ahead as scheduled but if your preferred payment method is Cheque we will contact you to ask for your bank account details so that we can transfer the money straight to your bank account rather than sending a cheque/letter through the post. 

  • We are not undertaking face-to-face valuations at this point, however, we offer a full Online Valuation Service where you can upload images and details and one of our specialists will respond promptly.
